Fundraising at Mesa

Mesa Elementary does not have a big fundraising event, silent auction or gala. Instead, we focus on our Mesa Thrives donation campaign, asking all parents and caregivers for a one-time donation for the school year to support our dedicated paraprofessional staff at Mesa. Optional PTO fundraisers:

• Grocery and store give back programs
• Fall Fest - October 17th, 2025 
• Spring Fun Run - May 1st 2026 during school hours
• Multicultural Festival - February 3rd 2026 in the evening

Recent Fundraising Details:

• Last year, we reached our goal to fully fund our Paras through the Mesa Thrives campaign. We would not have met our goal without company matches and generous parents and caregivers giving more than the suggested $425 per student.
• In 2024, we just reached our goal to fully fund our Paras through the Mesa Thrives campaign. We would not have met our goal without company matches and generous parents and caregivers giving more than the suggested $375 per student.
• The Mesa Oasis project was completed summer of 2024, thank you for your support!
• Money raised from Fall Fest funded decodable texts (books for young readers), Chromebooks, classroom supplies for teachers, and filtered water for the teacher’s lounge. This year, Fall Fest will again fund items requested by teachers, staff, and parents. All such allocations will be voted on and approved at PTO meetings. All funding requests are presented and voted on at PTO meetings.
